4. ONE TEASPOON COFFEE PER 8 OZ. WATER
5. WHEN WATER BOILS, THEN PUT IN MEASURED AMOUNT
OF COFFEE
6. BOIL 4 MINUTES AND 42 SECONDS
7. REMOVE POT FROM FIRE, WAIT 18 SECONDS
8. CRACK TWO LARGE EGGS INTO POT. (SHELLS ALSO
IF YOU WISH)
9. EGGS WILL SINK TO BOTTOM, THIS IS NORMAL
10. POUR AT 52 degree ANGLE AND SERVE!
